A couple of former Sea Dogs appearing in court in London, Ontario on assault charges.
Montreal
Canadiens defense prospect Nathan Beaulieu and his father, former
Sarnia Sting coach Jacques Beaulieu pleaded guilty and were given
conditional discharges. This means they will not have criminal records
which allows them to continue their hockey careers.
The two
were charged back in April after some sort of altercation at a house
party during which two people suffered minor injuries.
Jacques Beaulieu was fired as general manager and coach of the OHL's Sting in late May because of the incident.
