Local Artists Set To Emerge Into the Limelight

They are said to be he roots of a new generation of music here at home. All four of them are just starting their musical careers, releasing their debut recordings and all four of them are certainly creating a big buzz provincially and nationally.

Andy Brown’s contemporary folk rock style, Babette  Hayward’s  voice and folk sensibilities, Lisa  LeBlanc’s Acadian blend of roots, folk and rock  and Owen Steel’s blues-tinged  groove oriented roots music will come together for a series of incredible concerts. The first one is tonight in Saint Andrews at The W.C. O'Neil Areana.

Owen Steel is quite possibly the most recognizable, yet unheard young musician on the east coast.

The Concert gets underway at 8.
