Two car crashes in St. Stephen this morning, one involving a school bus.
Police say the first accident taking place on Exit 7 to Little Ridge and Basswood Ridge, where a truck turning left failed to see the car approaching on his left, and the two crashed.
Sgt. Bob MacKnight with District 1 RCMP tells Tide News there were no injuries to either party, but extensive damage to both vehicles.
MacKnight adds that seatbelts and airbags work.
The second accident taking place at the railway crossing on Hayman Ave, where a car ran into the back of a school bus while it was stopped at the crossing.
MacKnight says there were no injuries, no students on the bus, no damage to the bus, but plenty of damage to the car.
