Last Friday, police found a car on its roof on the Letete Road just before midnight.
RCMP think speed and aggressive driving were the reason the driver failed to negotiate a downhill turn.
Both men in the car were not seriously hurt.
Charges are pending under the Motor Vehicle Act.
