Charlotte the Isles MLA Shocked by Act of Animal Cruelty

A horrified community is rallying to find the person responsible for a possible case of animal cruelty.

RCMP are still looking for who-ever tied a dog to a tree in a blueberry field on the Old St. Andrews Road in St. George last month that was left for wild animals to attack and feed on.

Charlotte the Isles MLA Rick Doucet tells Tide News, it's hard to believe anyone could do this.

Doucet is putting up $1000 dollars of his own money to anyone who can offer information that may lead to the arrest of the person or persons responsible.
