CEO Of Cooke Aguaculture Introduces Something New

There is something new on the menu at the Fairmont Algonquin in St Andrews. Cooke Aguaculture and the restaurant have teamed up and is know serving Certified Eco Label Salmon. CEO Glenn Cooke tells Tide news they are hoping to have there product in as many restaurants in Atlantic Canada.

Cooke says the have been working with with Fairmont Hotels across the country but he says it is nice to start with your home town to kick of the Eco label. The certification was earned for Cooke’s dedication to producing high quality Atlantic salmon in an environmentally responsible and sustainable manner.
