A family In St John got quite a surpise last night while cooking when they saw a bear with its nose pressed up against their kitchen window.There have been several sightings of bears over the past couple of weeks.Nobody was hurt but the bears are hungry this time of year and they are looking for food.
Just last week here at home the Calais Police Department had reported bear sightings in the Calais area. Calais Police is reminding residents to keep garbage indoors, bring in birdfeeders and grills as these will attract bears.So far we've had no reports of any beer incidents around the Charlotte County area.
