One man who is fully supporting the Charlotte county Civic Center is Councillor Ralph Williams. Williams says the Center setting up shop in the border town is the best thing for St Stephen and surrounding areas.He says for example the size of the meeting room can be used for plenty of services.
Williams says if you look at other municipalities like Woodstock it has benefited the town substantially.
