There will be an announcement today from Transportation Minister Denis Landry and Fisheries Minister Rick Doucet on the construction activity and infrastructure upgrades in Charlotte County. This will take place at the construction site just west of the Blacks Harbour exit (Route 785) along Route 1.The announcement will be made at noon time.
