Airport Tries To Secure Direct Flight To USA

Trying to secure a new airline with direct flights to the U.S. remains a top priority for the Saint John airport.
 
President and CEO Bernie Leblanc tells CHSJ News that remains #1 on the wishlist of their customers.
 
Leblanc says they get a lot of traffic from the U.S. Northeast and people also travel a lot to Washington and Las Vegas.
 
He adds by securing a direct flight to the U.S., it would help the airport recapture some of the leakage of traffic to other centres.
