Madeleine Drummie from Oak Bay has been appointed one of three new board members for the Horizon Healh Network Board Of Directors.
Drummie retired in 1997 from her 33-year career in the federal public service as the senior liaison officer in the Office of the Minister of Indian and Northern Affairs Canada.
She has held positions in the Unemployment Insurance Commission and the Departments of Manpower and Immigration and Indian and Northern Affairs Canada.
She has served as a former member and chair of the Board of Hospice of Charlotte and co-chair of the Lead Fundraising Division for the Charlotte County Civic Center Project and is currently a director of the Board of Algonquin Properties.
