Fisheries Minister Rick Doucet tells tide news this is extremely big for Cooke Aguaculture. He says congradulations to Cooke's and the Fairmont Algonquin now that the two have come together and added a new item to the menu. The resteraunt is now serving Eco Label Salmon. He says it is nice to sea more of the seafood industry become secure in the market place. Cooke Aquaculture is North America’s only producer of Seafood Trust Certified Eco Label salmon.
