RCMP have arrested and laid charges against four people in relation to human smuggling across the St. Stephen border.
43 year old Savita Sing of St. Stephen and 71 year old Vaughn McLuskey of Fredericton have been arrested, as have two Ontario residents. Police the group was allegedly trying to smuggle two migrants into the United States.
All four face charges of criminal conspiracy to violate immigration laws, and will appear in St. Stephen court today.
